I found mine at Best Electronics.  It is not cheap:  150 USD.
However, once it is properly configured (follow the basics
in my sample rc.net) it works like a charm.

Btw, I recompiled mine to use the more common "eth0" name instead
of "rle0" and also purposely used "O3 -m68030 -m68881" which shows
noticable speed improvements and also added a few cosmetic changes.
I can email it to you, if you like.
