I finally got it from someone else via email.  Your server
still refuses access at this moment...

One slight complain:   the new format of the Makefile structures
(several recursive makefiles) makes it rather tedious to change
the compiling options.  For example, I like to use -O3 which was
easier to change in previous makefiles.  In this one, I wouldn't
know where to put it.  Too complex recursion.
