I must admit that I have never seen "too many users".  Of course
I believe you, but it doesn't look like a permanent problem.

So, if ftp.uni-giessen.de is hard to access, please make other
suggestions for an ftp server.  The suggestion for ftp.uni-giessen.de
came from this list, by the way.

So, where should I put future versions?
