We have had this already some months ago.
The current versions of config.guess and config.sub in the automake
repository correctly identify all versions of MiNT (with all versions of
uname) as "m68k-atari-mint".
You have to wait until all packages get updated. Until then you can
either download automake or libtool from Sparemint. Both packages already
contain the correct scripts.
