You mean Taskbar? Probably because you reconfigured it, and it has saved a
new configuration in whatever directory $HOME now points to (or ./ if $HOME
isn't set).

"We"? ;-) I haven't had any problems like these so far. I haven't tried
memoryprotection yet though.
