[MiNT] Unix domain

Hi

Just a simple idee.

Implement a Unix domain.
The default will be zero, in which case all bios, gemdos and probably xbios
calls will behave as in the current Tos's. Or even the current MiNt version.
All existing programs will work, new or upgraded programs can call Pdomain(UNIX)
if they need. Or find some way to connect it to a program from outside.
(A new extension perhaps, or no extension at all, but a flag,
 or a parameter to the linker)

This gives the kernel developers complete freedom.

#if everything such that single GUI users kan obtain a slender kernel in which
multitasking & memory protection is the main objective.

I have no affinity with UNIX, never used it, never needed it, never will use it.
But as a computer lover, I can see hoe beautifull it is that you can have both
unix and GEM at the same time on a Atari.
