It was much slower, mostly because I made some serious errors when I
designed it.

Sorry, but I haven't written any DHST-clients at all ;-)

I could talk to the author of MultiStrip, which I believe is the only other
DHST-server that works with MagiC.

It puts some "guards" before and after each allocated memory-block, and if
these guards are destroyed MagiC will detect it. The problem is that it
normally doesn't recover very well.

Btw. could something like this be implemented in MiNTlibs? It would be very
useful during development.
