Well, nobody ever reads any documentation, so perhaps it is good reason to
make newfatfs enabled by default (because otherwise users won't know it
exists :-)). I mean, either kick off the TOSFS at all (it is not present
in my binaries, because I consider it a waste of space, and well,
everything works fine) or define a CNF keyword that could explicitly
enable it. :-)
