[MiNT] New centscreen with MiNT

Just wanted to report that latest Centscreen just crashes with MiNT.

So if you are trying, don't get frustrated.

For history:

I have tested all in all like 10 versions of centscreens, everytime they
come out.
Centek never says what has changed, and version out of 2 just crashes
mysteriously.

The screen change resolution WHEN booting MiNT for example (at bootup
time!)  and/or will clear the screen (thanks for the log, totally
worthless).

Anyway.
