It's normal and fully ok. After MiNT is loaded the RSVF devices are not
accessible anymore. So the cookie must be deleted to prevent HSMODEM
programs to access the terminal devices that are installed from MiNT (MiNT
have it's own device driver routines).

Unix programs for example require the terminal devices. No chance with
HSMODEM devices.
