[MiNT] timezone change

Hi Jo!

JES>It's the battery-clock that has to run in UTC, but that's not the RTC.
RTC means Real Time Clock and is a commonly used term for clock chips, mostly
for battery backed up ones

JES>The RTC is updated by TOS during cold-boot from the battery-clock.
You know that some people with old ST with external power supply and without
battery-clock modified their computer so that the key board was always
supplied with power (even if the computer was switched off)?
It was a cheap alternative for buying a battery-clock, because TOS then
automatically used the time stored in the keyboard processor

JES>it would be nice to have automatic DST and timezone-correction under
JES>TOS/MagiC too, wouldn't it? ;-)
Only if it works perfectly with all the operating systems

Bye
