RE: [MiNT] MiNT and MetaDOS

I've been trying to follow this thread (without much success ;-)

For those of us who have a working Spin! set-up, who didn't
set it up themselves and can't really remember how all the
components work, could you explain:

  * what do I have to add or update to use the new Freemint ?
  * what can be removed from the CD set-up ?
  * will  I notice the difference ?

I have Spin! to read my CD-ROM through the Milans IDE
interface. I use MetaXBS and HD-Diver. I think I am currently
using FreeMint 1.15.5.
