Please have a look at kernel 1.14.3, whose sources _were_
patched to implement 115,200.

Speaking of those, have you ever gotten around fixing them? 

Here, the port names are incorrect (e.g. ttyS0 should correspond
to modem1) and not all of them appear as ttyS* in /dev.
