I understand very well what an open relay is. And I am aware of
consequences. Still I think that the method ORBS uses is a bad way to
cutting off spam. Anyways, this is not my problem really, because if a
server rejects my mail, the person whom the mail was sent to losses, I
don't (like Vincent for example).

Only in the case when the telecom and the ISP is the same company. Which
is not the case. Telecom does not provide internet services, they only
grant you a ppp link and assign an IP number.
