[MiNT] AES release notes

Hi,

this is a bit irrelevant, but I know some people here may be
interested. Namely there is an archive circulating among people, which
contains two text files: gem.doc, describing new features introduced by
Atari to AES 4.0, and release.txt, the AES 4.10 release notes (unfinished,
like the AES itself).

I put these two files together making one document, and converted
everything into hyp format. No changes, except for some spelling
correction.
