[MiNT] cross compiler

Hello!

I finished the cross compiler packages for Linux. They are in the widely
used RPM format and tested under RedHat 7.0 and Suse 7.1 (should work
under Suse 7.0 too).

The packages are available on the Sparemint server:

http://wh58-508.st.uni-magdeburg.de/sparemint/cross-mint.html

Cross compiling the freemint kernel on a fast linux machine is now very
easy.
