It always depends on which side of the fence you are, when you are making
your judgement.
Thinking that capitalization is the answer, is about the dumbest thing
anyone can think. The utopia for all companies, is monopoly ... which in
turn, means a single entity decides the price. This gives the ability, to
complete control the price/cost ratio.
The answer to the above, is competition ... unfortunately, in hard
competition there are winners and losers, and eventually unless
governmentally controlled, there will be only one winner resulting in the
utopia situation. Hence the saying "Order leads to chaos, chaos leads to
order".
An example of the utopia for a company, here Electricity was built by the
government. The money came from the people, and the entire lines were
public. Then the lines were privatized, and one company gained all the
"wiring" ... owning the wiring, you control the sales. Same thing happened
to the telephone companies here. The result is, expensive electricity ...
for the people, uncountable riches for the king and his court.
