Re: [MiNT] ftruncate
Hello!
Yes, sure. But I thought you know it precisely. It is an English problem.
As I said, it's mandatory.
But perhaps a list of mandatory things would be good to have for all the
filesystem implementors.
Just orientate on the ext2 and fatfs implementation.
fscntl:
- FUTIME
- FUTIME_UTC (if possible)
- MX_KER_XFSNAME
- FS_INFO
- FS_USAGE
- V_CNTR_WP (if possible)
ioctl:
- file locking through F_SETLK/F_SETLKW/F_GETLK
- FIONREAD/FIONWRITE/FIOEXCEPT
- FUTIME
- FUTIME_UTC (if possible)
- FTRUNCATE
- FIBMAP (if possible)
BTW: Yes, Frank I owe the Fchmod16() documentation to the FreeMiNT comunity.
Could you tell me which file am I supposed to write it to?
Maybe something like doc/programmer/newcall.html/.
Regards,
Frank
