[MiNT] appl_getinfo documentation bug ?

Hello,

I think that someting is wrong in appl_getinfo(10) documentation for  
parameters out2 and out3. This is for shel_write extensions.

here, out2 and out3 are set to 0 if the multitos feature is supported, or  
1 if the function (shel_write) behaves like in TOS.

For all other values of appl_getinfo, the output is set to 1 when the new  
feature is supported.

Moreover, i was told that SYSINFO report the other version, the one that  
make sense : 1 => multitos feature is supported.

Any hint ?
