two things:

1- moose.adi doesn't support the mouse wheel by default. The constant  
HAVE_WHEEL has to be defined to enable the mouse wheel feature.

2- Henk has found a bug in XaAES 963:

This fixe should be applied to the current XaAES version (IMHO).

Then, my test program (which works well for Henk with XaAES "963+1") can  
be used to test the mouse wheel feature under current XaAES, if wheel  
support is enabled in moose.adi.
