[MiNT] Resources as Interface define them

 Hi all,

 I'm wondering, would we benefit in anyway to support resource-files as
defined by Interface? I mean, any programs out there would use the AES's
rsrc_load() if bit 2 in ap_gout4 indicates Interface-style rsc-header
capability? If not, I dont think its worth implementing this, and rather
think it over before doing any extended rsc format implementation.
Opinions?
