[MiNT] binutils-2.18-mint-20080209 and gcc-4.2.3-mint-20080210

Hello.

I have made a small update of the binutils/GCC patches.

It includes the patch of the startup code (it now uses d0 instead of d4) 
and the fix for the C++ thunk problem.

I reviewed everything in the binutils-2.18 patch.
For me, everything is OK, and compatible with binutils-2.13.
I consider the current binutils patch as a beta version.
When everyone is OK with the current version, it will be time to release 
an official Sparemint RPM.
