Can you confirm that > you upgraded to 1.16.3 by installing EasyMiNT? > No I think I updated to Easymint when using 1.15.12 but later I did a fresh install on a new HD using Easymint again and that might have been 1.16.1 It's too long ago I can't remember. I have attached my syslogd from /usr/sbin it's dated 30.1.2004 The floppy locking problem definately did not occur with 1.15.12 I will try to work out how to reset my system to start 1.15.12 with NAES so I can confirm it if you wish but the mail archive also confirms what I know.
