I'll do perhaps sometimes. Now with freetype-2.1.10 it finally succeeded.

But there should really be a note somewhere about that freetype. Also it  
won't build with newer versions of it.

But I can now close the workstation:

Just skip this (workstn.c - old_wk_handle is 1):

    scall_v_clswk(old_wk_handle);

Now XaAES returns to the caller with nvdi also.
