I would propose that we do a release now, and then plan the 0.60 version of MiNTLib to be released around the time of the Firebee release (possibly) in case things need to be fixed or added for Coldfire.
I have fully ported the MiNTLib to ColdFire about one year ago, and it works fine. Everything has been comitted. We can consider this task as finished. Of course, some small bugs may appear later, as usual.
Fully porting the FreeMiNT kernel to ColdFire is still to be done. Olivier Landemarre and Didier Méquignon did a partial port years ago, so the ColdFire issues are already known.
In any case, I want to have a full distribution of MiNT software for ColdFire. SpareMiNT or Gentoo, I don't care, provided it works fine.
