gcc can be used to create .TOS (or others) that will run on standard
ST. Why would you want to make this not possible?

also "atariclone" implies "at least m68k compatible", hence the need for it

it is nto acceptable to drop certain architecture simply because it is
no longer in "practical use". If that were the case, none of us would
be using Atari's, clones or MiNT, and ACP/FireBee would not have  come
into existence.
