Mostly spacing. Some texts (this is especially apparent in tables)
overwrite each other, making it impossible to select the correct link.
Look at the forum overview at atari-forum.com, or have a look at ebay or
google.In fact, of all the sites I regularly visit, only MediaWiki-based
sites were correctly displayed. See screenshot for an example.

That's what I mean :-) It's a big step forwards from Links, but the
rendering engine needs a lot of work.

That's true. The SDL-port is a good and relatively quick way of testing
the browser, but a GEM port is necessary to make it really usable.

Have you checked out the SDL-port of Origyn? It's based on WebKit and
targeted at embedded devices. An Amiga-port already exists. IMO Origyn
would be a better choice than NetSurf if the speed is acceptable, simply
because it has a really big userbase. Also, it supports Javascript which
I suspect is a lot of work to implement in NetSurf.
