[MiNT] to release or not to release

Hi,

the voices that ask for a release-version of MiNT/XaAES are getting more  
(I think it's 2 atm).

I would agree that its rather stable now and could be finished for a  
release.

BUT: What kernel? helmut/trunk/ozk? What XaAES? helmut/trunk/ozk?

I've repeatedly expressed my opinion on this, but there has been no  
agreement or objection.

Without this the release will have to wait.

Anyway it should be dedicated to Frank Nauman so I've put something in the  
XaAES-help-window.

Maybe someone expresses his opinion on this (I'm not very good at this  
stuff).
