[MiNT] iconv

Hello,

I just wanted to tell about an curiosity of the (lib)iconv package
available with sparemint. It's missing the ATARIST charset ( or maybe that
was added with an newer iconv version?).

This is what man iconv_open says:
when  configured with the option --enable-extra-encodings, it also
provides support for a few extra encodings:
...
       Platform specifics
              ATARIST, RISCOS-LATIN1

If I would have time I would try to rebuild, but I'm not sure if this
results in more work than expected, because I know there is some
circular-dependency with iconv...
