Ok, but this is not the case with WM_TOOLBAR events. And what you're saying seems a bit wierd; evnt_multi() will give you new mouse events whenever you move the mouse in/out of the specified rectangle, and afaik you only get events for mouse key up/down, not events while just holding it?
