Hello,

in trunk and helmut's build 18032011, the XaAES multi-language related files are outdated,
some files are still missing.

Old (outdated) files:
-xaaes009.rs*
-xa_lang_notes.txt
-xa_help.*

Missing:
- ./fonts/*
- xa_help.ru

This is only in Helmut's build; in trunk it's correct.
