To start XaAES directly from MiNT on the Firebee you need to do the following:

- Boot mode *must* be 256 colours. If you use 16 bit or higher you'll get the same problem as m0n0.
- The video-parameter in xaaes.cnf works like with FireTOS and ctpci/radeon, not like Falcon/videl.

You can also boot MiNT into the TOS AES (GEM=ROM) and start xaloader.prg from the desktop. XaAES will then use the desktop resolution if you comment out the video-setting in xaaes.cnf.

Sorry for the noise... but I have to tell ;) HOLY SHIT - I adjusted the
boot resolution ( this didn't work previously,.. because I booted without
IDE/FLASH - just SD) and now XAAES shows up. Great :) - there are still
some problem with icon display,...
