I don't have a Falcon with the appropriate hardware so I can't test this, but a good start would be to find a reliable way to replicate the bug(maybe it already does), and then run a debug-kernel and see exactly whereit fails.Yes, sure, but i need a little bit help with that, please. What's the best way?- log to Linux-PC via nullmodem-cable? - log internally into file?It would be great if you could write a short manual how to set this up (or point meto a "running debug kernel for dummies" website) ;-)
1. You need a debug kernel. Unfortunately you have to compile it yourself, or get someone to do it for you. I can compile one for you if you want.
2. Select debug-level and debug-device in MiNT's boot-menu. 3. Replicate the network-problem and analyze the log. That's it. It's probably best to log to an other computer via the serial port (19200 baud). You can also log to console, but then you would need TosWin2 or similar running. At the highest debug-level there is a lot of information, so dumping all that to TosWin2's slow console might actually slow down your system enough to stop the network-problems from occuring ;)
