I see you're running EasyMiNT. A script should take care of this via the /etc/fstab file. If that file mentions all your partitions with the appropriate filesystem, they should be checked at boot time.
Thanks you all, the problem was due to run from this partition a short program at boot time, second problem was in the fstab file because partition l: was not ext2 partition
