changes:

- shel_write(SWM_LAUNCH) set the caller to the dir where the binary of the  
called app is (and back).

new:

- implement SHW_SINGLE (needs a new kernel)
- program can be run single-mode when a ^ is prepended before the name in  
the launcher

fixes:

- clean up parameter-passing from the launcher
- improve redraws in single-mode
- improve boot_focus
