I tried the tz-stuff on aranym some time ago and nothing worked as expected. According to the source in mintlib this is no surprise (to me). I patched localtime.c, rebuilt all tz-tools, and it seems to work now. I thought I'd be the only one who has this problem, seems there are now 2 ;)
Or maybe I got it all wrong ... Patch attached. Not sure if this is all. -Helmut --
