Hello.

I have rebuilt the cross-tools for Ubuntu 17.04 Zesty Zapus:

Even if I have updated the GCC version number to 20170417, this was only a 
minor fix in the build process for newer Texinfo. Details of the GCC patch 
can be seen there:

I plan to update binutils and some libraries in a few weeks, but that will 
be a second step.
