Bug in MiNTLibs (PL<=44)?

Hi there!

I noticed some weeks ago that there must be a little bug in the mintbind.h
file that comes along with the MiNTLibs (I use PL44, is there a newer one?).
The MiNT-call Prenice returns a *long* int, but in the .h-file the binding
is only int (gcc-part and TC/PC-part as well). So you can't distinguish
(spelling?) between a negative priority and an error when you have 16-bit-
ints. Is that a bug or a feature?

Ciao

Thomas
