Ncurses library and demo programs

I've cleaned up my Ncurses4.1 TOS/MiNT port and made it available on my
WWW page, as I promised some time ago. 

You might be especially interested in the demo programs of Ncurses
library, which will test both your VT52 emulator and your terminfo
database.

All needed files (Ncurses library itself, demo programs, TosWin II and
terminfo database) are available for download on my WWW pages.
