The question is: is it fair to limit users of real Ataris to TOS FS
(and allow them to waste 10k of RAM), just because an emulator exists
and works this way? Emulators should do the best to follow real computers
they emulate, not force real systems to be compatible with emulators. If a
real system gets forced to be compatible with its own emulator, there's
something wrong here (I'd say).
