yes, that's exactly what I tried to point out. Imagine this: there is
the TOS and several resident drivers that are already running in FastRAM
when MiNT starts. MiNT is going to re-initialize PMMU - is it able to
read and retain the old mapping? It would have to find out where the
resident programs and TOS reside and this area of FastRAM should be not
altered/paged out.

Is this possible? Wouldn't it be easier to make MiNT start as the first
program in AUTO folder? I don't know, I can't program PMMU.
