I suggest:
- booting KGMD and running init.prg
- only first time (as root)
  copy naes.sys to /usr/bin/naes, chmod 4775 naes
- every time:
  login as user, and start naes.
  (that will launch naes with user-attributes)
  with TW2.x you can start shells and login as user or root...

Without starting init.prg you will always be root on naes.  su user will  
not work...
