No, no, no. This message doesn't have anything to do with the filesystem
checker.

If you access an ext2 partition and the xfs detect that this partition
isn't clean (it simple check a bit) it just report this message.

NOTHING MORE!


It's a user task to run e2fsck (or to add it to the startup scripts).
