1. XaAES is free and open source , N.AES is not
2. XaAES is a kernel module N.AES is not.
3. XaAES' look & feel is different, and I like it.
4. XaAES even in the current version has some features that N.AES does't 
have.
5. I don't see much N.AES development going on, not even bugfixes.

That is why I prefer to use XaAES and not N.AES.
