In FreeMiNT kernel we have two domains (TOS, UNIX) switchable with system call. Maybe we could have two domains in Xaaes (STRICT, COMPATIBILE (deafult))... (STRICT would enforce all the rules, and I think STRICT would also work in other AESes aswell).
