It was Peter P. but his tool wasn't completed -- it couldn't
find/write INI files + it was in a form of patch to some existing
code, not a standalone tool. But the idea was great. That reminds me,
did you Peter finished at least your xaloader code in this matter? I
vaguely remember some things you wanted to improve but not sure if you
did commit that.
