There is no reason. The ctrl-alt-tab handler in Taskbar was written just
because the one in N.AES wasn't very userfriendly.

But I disagree with you. It's a very useful feature and I don't think
people should have to depend on a separate program for this. Having
alternatives is fine, but there should be an alt-tab-handler in the AES
itself.
