AHCCSTD.LIB and AHCCGEM.LIB are for full 020+ only, e.g. -2.
AHCCSTDF.LIB and AHCCGEMF.LIB are already compiled with -2 -7
There are no Coldfire specific libs.

Reminder:
-2   020 and up but NOT Coldfire
-7   Coldfire specific
-27  020 and up including Coldfire
neither   68000 and up and certainly NOT Coldfire

I'm sorry, but I do not understand your description.
For me, it doesn't makes clear if -2 -7 is OK for Coldfire, or if
it isn't OK. Because one time you say, it is for m68k, and then
you say: Certainly NOT.

Can this be made clear?
