Great, this works perfectly now.
Users can easily select a specific language, or the system default.
As a side-effect the strings can no more be patched in the XaAES-rsl-file if
lang=en, but I guess no one will miss this.
This means that users can't easily change some strings in English, while
it's easy for other languages. I don't know it this is actually a problem,
though.
