Hi all,

The main blocker to the release is the appl_init() problem. We need 
urgent attention to this as it's really blocking things.

The second patch outstanding is the PureC patcher, which could use some 
additional testing. Anyone ?

Vincent, anything left on your plate ?

Others, now is the time to shout if there's anything outstanding.
